c. Learners

• Those who have taken Elementary course or TOLES Foundation course.
• Those whose general English is adequate to register for TOLES Higher course (2-skill TOEIC at least 600, or IELTS at least 4.5)
• Those who have never taken TOEIC or IELTS, but whose result in the H&M entrance is at least B1.

d. Course overview

• The TOLES Higher course is based on the linguistic skills and knowledge of real terminology obtained in either the TOLES Foundation course or Elementary course. The TOLES Higher exam leads the students towards the next phase and demands the competence to cope with more complex authentic legal documents and scenarios, focusing on grammar precision.
• The learners will get familiar with the vocabulary, grammar and the format of the TOLES exam. In addition, the TOLES Higher course raises awareness of the real tasks that lawyers perform in law offices.
• Practice exams will be held once a month to help the learners become familiar with the feelings and pressure of sitting in the exam room. These exams will also be used to evaluate the learners' level and progress in order to help them well-prepared for the real TOLES Higher exam.
