For solicitors, understanding company law is a mandatory requirement, including legal regulations from the establishment of a company to its dissolution or bankruptcy.

To help students learn vocabulary, phrases, and structures, as well as specialized content, lawyers, and lecturers often use practical case studies such as:

• Determining who will manage the company/leadership board
• Holding shareholders' meetings/Board of Members meetings
• Differentiating types of minutes and resolutions of meetings, and identifying authorities to make decisions
• Outlining procedures for bankruptcy/dissolution
• Determining who has the right to receive or liquidate assets when the company declares bankruptcy.

Upon attending and passing the final test of the course, learners will receive a certificate of completion.
